Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1350 M) and Transfer to the Hotel
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. Explore the city or relax after your journey.
Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing and Trek Preparation
Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Swayambhunath. Later, prepare for your trek with a briefing from the guide.
Day 03: Drive to Jagat (1300 M) via Besisahar (760 M) [8-9 Hours]
A scenic drive along the Trishuli and Marshyangdi rivers, passing small villages and terraced fields before reaching Jagat.
Day 04: Trek to Dharapani (1860 M) [5-6 Hours]
The trail follows the Marsyangdi River, passing lush forests and waterfalls before reaching Dharapani, a key junction in the Annapurna Circuit.
Day 05: Trek to Koto (2600 M) [5-6 Hours]
A gradual ascent through dense pine forests and Tibetan-influenced villages, offering great views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal.
Day 06: Trek to Meta (3560 M) [6-7 Hours]
Enter the restricted Nar Phu Valley, crossing suspension bridges and trekking through rugged terrain to Meta, a remote Tibetan village.
Day 07: Trek to Phu (4080 M) [6-7 Hours]
A scenic trek through canyons and rock formations, leading to Phu village, home to ancient monasteries and Tibetan culture.
Day 08: Acclimatization Day and Explore
Explore Phu village, visit the Tashi Lhakhang Monastery, and enjoy the panoramic mountain views while acclimatizing.
Day 09: Trek to Nar (4200 M) [6-7 Hours]
Descend to the river and climb towards Nar, a beautiful village surrounded by high peaks and rich Buddhist culture.
Day 10: Trek to Ngawal (3660 M) via Kang La Pass (5320 M) [7-8 Hours]
A challenging climb to Kang La Pass, offering stunning views of the Annapurna range before descending to Ngawal.
Day 11: Trek to Manang (3540 M) [4-5 Hours]
A gentle trek through alpine landscapes, passing monasteries and traditional villages before reaching Manang.
Day 12: Rest Day and Explore Manang Valley
Acclimatization day to explore Manang, visit the Gangapurna Glacier, and experience the local culture.
Day 13: Trek to Tilicho Base Camp (4150 M) [5-6 Hours]
A scenic route through rugged terrain leading to the base of Tilicho Lake, the highest-altitude lake in Nepal.
Day 14: Trek to Tilicho High Camp (5020 M) [5-6 Hours]
A steep ascent to high camp with breathtaking views of the Annapurna range.
Day 15: Trek to Yak Kharka (4200 M) via Mesokanto La Pass (5121 M) [7-8 Hours]
A tough climb over Mesokanto La Pass, descending into Yak Kharka, a beautiful pastureland for yaks.
Day 16: Trek to Jomsom (2720 M) [5-6 Hours]
A scenic descent through the Kali Gandaki Valley to Jomsom, a famous town in the Mustang region.
Day 17: Fly to Pokhara (825 M) [20-Minute Flight]
A short flight with stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Enjoy a relaxing day in Pokhara.
Day 18: Drive to Kathmandu (1350 M) [6-7 Hours]
Drive back to Kathmandu, retracing your journey through the hills and river valleys.
Day 19: Final Departure
Transfer to the airport for your departure, concluding your incredible trek through Nar Phu Valley and Tilicho Lake.
- One porter for two people (maximum weight: 12Â kg per client) and an assistant guide for group sizes above 4Â people.
- 3-night accommodation in a 3-star category hotel in Kathmandu and 1 night in Pokhara on a BB basis.
