Annapurna Base Camp Trek

The Annapurna Base Camp Trek or also known as the Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is one of the classic and beautiful treks in Nepal that takes you to the base of the world’s 10th highest peak, Annapurna I (8091 M). This fairly moderate trek of 15 days provides the best views of the mighty Annapurna Range and its surrounding peaks. The Annapurna Base Camp Trek lies in the largest protected area of Nepal, ’The Annapurna Conservation Area’ which is home to diverse species of wildlife and vegetation. The trek passes through beautiful rhododendron, pine, oak, and bamboo forests, terraced fields, rivers, waterfalls, glaciers, and thrilling suspension bridges. From the very first day, you will be playing hide and seek with the Himalayan vistas. While on the way to the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre Base Camp, you will come across the villages of the Gurung people and get to experience their rich culture and traditions. And finally, when you reach the Machhapuchhre and Annapurna Base Camp, get ready to be enthralled by the jaw-dropping mountain scenery. You will get to see the splendid 360-degree view of the Annapurna massif and its neighboring peaks, notably from the Annapurna Base Camp.
